Terri-Anne A. Davis

Terri-Anne A. Davis practices in the area of real estate, with a particular emphasis on representing for-profit and nonprofit developers in multifamily housing transactions. She has worked on financing and refinancing of multifamily properties within the Mitchell-Lama program. She has represented nonprofit sponsors of affordable housing throughout the development of residential properties under HPD’s New Foundations and Neighborhood Homes programs. She also oversees transactions involving acquisitions and dispositions, tax credit syndication, commercial and public finance, nonprofit law, and taxation.

Prior to joining Hirschen Singer & Epstein LLP, Ms. Davis was an associate with Klein Hornig LLP, where she oversaw multifamily housing transactions involving a wide-variety of funding sources, including HOPE VI and HOME funds, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, and New Markets Tax Credits.

Ms. Davis is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999 in African American Studies from Yale University. She received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2003.
