Panagiotis “Peter” Boboris practices in all areas of real estate, with an emphasis on mixed-use and multifamily residential development. Mr. Boboris represents developers, for-profit and not-for-profit owners, and equity investors in connection with acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development and construction and commercial leasing.
Prior to joining Hirschen Singer & Epstein LLP, Mr. Boboris was the Associate General Counsel for Real Estate and Economic Development at the New York City Housing Authority, where he advised North America’s largest housing authority in all aspects of residential development, zoning, bond financing, public/private partnerships, commercial leasing, and general real estate matters. Mr. Boboris has been admitted to practice in the State of New York since 2004. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the George Washington University in 2000, his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2003, and his Masters of Science degree with distinction in Real Estate, with a concentration in finance, from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate in 2012. He is fluent in Greek.
