Devan Banks

Associate

Devan Banks joined Hirschen Singer & Epstein LLP as an associate after interning for the firm. His practice focuses on real estate law, including mixed-use and affordable housing development.

Mr. Banks graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from New York University and received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. As a law student, he volunteered with Brooklyn Law School’s Pandemic Employment Relief Clinic, assisting unemployed New Yorker in navigating and applying for employment benefits in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Banks is admitted to practice in New York.
