Erica Alonso Lopez’s practice focuses on real estate law. She graduated from Brown University with dual A.B.s in Geology-Biology and Science, Technology and Society. Ms. Lopez earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she was an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and received the Milton C. Sharp Award, which recognizes students achieving the highest grades or performing the best research in the area of urban renewal and land use planning. During law school, Ms. Lopez interned for the Tenants Rights Division of the SeniorLAW Center. While earning her law degree, she also earned a Master’s Degree in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. Ms. Lopez is admitted to practice in New York.
