Esma Deljanin

Chief Operating Officer

In her role as Chief Operations Officer for Hirschen Singer & Epstein LLP, Esma Deljanin oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, including human resources, accounting, and IT. Her leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of both organizational and individual mindsets, empowering her to problem-solve from a place of empathy.

Before joining HSE in 2022, Ms. Deljanin previously served in managerial roles of increasing responsibility at a national not-for-profit and multiple national corporations. She is also the founder of Sonam Consulting, a career coaching program focused on helping teens and young professionals develop the critical skills they need to find meaningful careers, and GPNY Professional Network, a New York-based volunteer group serving the local Montenegrin community by providing career networking, mentoring, coaching, and training programs.

A first-generation American, Ms. Deljanin received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Baruch College Zicklin School of Business. She is an SHRM Senior Certified Professional and is currently completing requirements for accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
