Isaac Guttman

Isaac Guttman practices in the areas of not-for-profit law and real estate, with an emphasis on mixed-use and multifamily affordable residential development that utilizes low-income housing tax credits, municipal bonds and/or private, federal, state and local debt financing.

Mr. Guttman received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and his law degree from the New York University School of Law, where he was a Moelis fellow, Notes Editor of the NYU Environmental Law Journal, and a participant in the Housing Law Clinic. Prior to joining Hirschen Singer & Epstein LLP, Mr. Guttman held internships at the NYC Housing Development Corporation and the Janus Property Company. Mr. Guttman is admitted to practice in New York.
