Jamie Lipman practices real estate law with an emphasis on complex commercial real estate projects, including mixed-use and multifamily affordable residential developments financed by Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity, tax-exempt municipal bonds and private, federal, state and local debt financing.

Prior to joining Hirschen Singer & Epstein LLP, Mr. Lipman was an associate at a real estate law firm and at a boutique consulting firm. He also served as National Commercial Services Underwriting Counsel for the First American Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Lipman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as Notes Editor of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. Mr. Lipman is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
