Lauren A. Sellman

Lauren A. Sellman’s real estate practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions; origination and restructuring of mortgage, mezzanine and construction loans; preferred equity investments; joint venture agreements and related corporate governance document drafting; development-related agreements, including access agreements, development agreements and AIA construction contracts; commercial, office and retail leasing; and residential transactions for high-net-worth clients. Prior to joining Hirschen Singer & Epstein LLP, she practiced as an associate in the real estate department of a general practice law firm, representing principals, developers, borrowers, lenders, and investors in complex real estate transactions. Ms. Sellman is experienced in managing deals from contract to close, conducting comprehensive due diligence, and negotiating sophisticated financing and joint venture structures.
Ms. Sellman graduated with from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law. Ms. Sellman is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
