1111 Webster Avenue

1111 Webster Avenue is a new mixed-use affordable housing development in the Morrisania section of the Bronx. The project is being developed through a joint venture between Mega Development and BronxWorks, reflecting a collaborative approach to inclusive housing that pairs quality homes with access to essential services and community resources. Located along a busy commercial corridor, the project will bring new housing and neighborhood-serving space to a community with a growing need for long-term affordability. Once completed, 1111 Webster Avenue will rise as an eleven-story building containing 265 residential units serving households across a range of incomes from thirty to eighty percent of Area Median Income. The development will also include approximately 5,000 square feet of community facility space and approximately 19,500 square feet of retail space, activating the ground floor and supporting both residents and the surrounding neighborhood. Together, the residential, retail, and community components are designed to strengthen neighborhood connections and support a vibrant streetscape.
