Logan Fountain
Developed by The Hudson Companies, Logan Fountain is the transformation of a defunct gas station into permanently affordable and supportive housing, transitional housing for homeless families and retail space in East New York. Logan Fountain’s western wing will consist of 105 units of supportive housing with supportive services provided by The Jericho Project, and 68 units of affordable housing serving households earning between 50% to 70% of AMI. In the eastern wing of the building, HELP USA will operate a 169-unit family shelter. All Logan Fountain residents will have access to amenities including an outdoor courtyard and children’s play area, along with social service program areas tailored to the unique needs of each component’s population. Logan Fountain will also feature nearly 8,000 square feet of neighborhood retail along Atlantic Avenue. Logan Fountain participates in the LEED for Homes program.
