Apex Place

Apex Place is a development site located in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Queens. Three newly constructed buildings provide hundreds of new affordable studios, one–bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a host of residential amenities including roof decks, fitness and children’s play areas, laundry facilities and community rooms. The Development also includes a new four-story parking garage and two community facility spaces.
