Elton Crossing

This 12-story connected apartment building in the Bronx contains affordable housing for very low, low, and moderate-income families and households and is a result of a successful collaboration among several of New York City’s premier affordable developers. A central landscaped courtyard, a fitness area with locker rooms and a rooftop urban agricultural garden are some of the featured amenities of this Project. Elton Crossing is also a participant in the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Brownfield Cleanup Program.
