Greenpoint Landing (Site G2)

Greenpoint Landing is a multi-phase redevelopment project transforming the Greenpoint waterfront from an under-utilized industrial area to a mixed-use and mixed-income neighborhood. The G2 building is a 6-story edifice that will provide studio, one–bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for individuals and households of low income.
