Park and Elton Apartments are two formerly city-owned sites located in the Melrose section of the Bronx. Park and Elton are currently being developed with apartments affordable to families earning between 30% and 90% of the New York City Area Median Income. The Park and Elton Apartments will feature Energy Star appliances and lighting, high efficiency plumbing fixtures and will incorporate NYC Green Building Standards. Resident amenities include bike storage and laundry facilities.
