Stanley Commons is large scale development in East New York, Brooklyn, comprised of 6 newly constructed residential buildings and a community center. The vacant land was acquired from the New York City Housing Agency. The project will provide residential rental units for low-income individuals and families whose annual incomes do not exceed 60% of New York City Area Median Income; 20% of the apartments in the development are set aside for formerly homeless individuals and families.
