The River Terrace Condominium

The River Terrace Condominium is a multi-phase redevelopment project located in the Cromwell-Jerome section of the south Bronx that the City Council rezoned in March 2018. This area near Yankee Stadium will now include two newly constructed 17-story buildings spanning about 548,000 square feet comprised of hundreds of low-income residential units as well as ground-level retail and community space.
