WSFFSH at West 108th Street

This mixed-use project is located at 137-159 West 108th Street in the Upper West Side of Manhattan providing rental housing units for low-income households, including 119 supportive units set aside for the formerly homeless. In addition, the building will contain a roughly 30,575 square foot homeless shelter with approximately 110 shelter beds. The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing will provide on-site tenant services.
