Hunter’s Point South (Parcels F & G)

A public-private partnership project consisting of two (2) mixed-use buildings in Long Island City, Queens totaling over 1 million square feet. The Gotham Point/ Hunter’s Point South project, parcels F & G, are part of the greater Hunter’s Point South multi-phase community, which features the Hunter’s Point South Park. Building F will be 56 stories, containing approximately 680 units (including 98 senior independent living units) and features ground floor retail, a below grade garage, and community facility space. The second tower, Building G, will be 33 stories containing approximately 450 units with community facility space at the ground floor. Collectively, the Project will contain 1132 apartment units, of which approximately 75% will be affordable housing available to families of low, moderate, and middle-income means, as well as 25% market-rate rental housing. Both towers will feature amenity spaces that foster healthy living and community engagement, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working space, and a rooftop farm.
