Northeastern Towers Annex is being financed through New York City’s Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) Senior Affordable Rental Apartments (SARA) Program and the Housing Development Corporation (HDC)’s Extremely Low and Low-Income (ELLA) Program.

The funding was provided by the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC).

Walton House is a supportive housing residence for veterans and young adults and the first supportive housing development to open under New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s NYC 15/15 Initiative.

Brooklyn senior housing development Jarka Hall was developed with assistance from the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and Housing Development Corporation (HDC).

The firm received a Build Award for the dedication of its leadership and staff to affordable housing development.

La Central, a 1.1 million square foot mixed-income development, was financed under New York City’s Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) Extremely Low & Low-Income Affordability (ELLA) programs.

The $300M building will include 175K SF of office space and 263 rental apartments split between market-rate and designated affordable units.
