The Women’s Prison Association (WPA) sold the Isaac T. Hopper Home in the East Village to Self Reliance New York Federal Credit Union for $7.4 million. HSE partner Christine A. Coletta acted as real estate counsel to WPA. As reported in The Village Sun, the purchaser plans to renovate the 8,372-square-foot landmark property and adapt it for administrative and community needs.
