Four Formerly Neglected Tenement Buildings Will Get New Life as Affordable Housing
HSE serves as deal counsel for the development at 351-357 West 45th Street in Hell’s Kitchen. As reported in New York YIMBY, Services for the Underserved purchased the properties in June for $20 million and will implement a $52 million renovation that will include roof and structural beam replacement, electric heating upgrades, and modern ventilation systems.
