Clarkson Estates was developed by CAMBA Housing Ventures and designed by CetraRuddy Architecture. It will deliver 328 affordable rental units to the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, along with a 30,000 square-foot community facility. Read more in New York YIMBY.

Alafia Phase 1 includes 452 supportive housing units across a 15-story tower and a 12-story tower, both of which are Passive House-certified; a retail space, and a full-service medical clinic. HSE served as deal counsel for the project, developed by Services for the UnderServed (S:US), L+M Development Partners, APEX Building Company, and RiseBoro Community Partnership.
